About the Event

In this 8 week class, students will explore the history, techniques, and practices of screen printing with hands-on demos and projects. 

After learning the fundamentals of the screen printing process, printing on various materials, students will ultimately create their own unique design that can be transferred to a T-shirt or other flat surfaces. 

Ages 10 - 15  (or with special permission)

CLASS DATES AND SCHEDULE

Week 1 - Tuesday, April 9th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Week 2 - Tuesday, April 16th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm

** No Class April 23rd for Spring Break** 

Week 3 - Tuesday, April 30th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Week 4 - Tuesday, May 7th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Week 5 - Tuesday, May 14th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Week 6 - Tuesday, May 21st, 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Week 7 - Tuesday, May 28th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Week 8 - Tuesday, June 4th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm

**Optional Make Up Class - Tuesday, June 11th, 4:00pm - 5:30pm - An opportunity for students to put extra time into their final project to present at the ELM Student Show Case**

STUDENT SHOW CASE - June 15th (Details will be announced closer to date) 

REGISTRATION

Class size is limited to 10 to allow more hands on squeegees!

This will be a mixed skill level course. Both new and previous students are welcome to join!! 

Due to the amount of interest and limited space in the class, we ask that your student be committed to attending all of the classes. Please check your calendars and verify the dates work. Once you submit the RSVP online form we will follow up soon to complete the resgistration process.

ELM Foundation is dedicated to free arts education

We are a young and growing 501c3 non profit, being such we depend on our community for support to keep our programming running while providing quality education with dedicated art instructors.  Our students vary in socio-economic backgrounds and our goal is to make arts education free to all youth. If your family is in a position to make an additional donation we would accept it with great appreciation.  Donations are tax deductible and 100% goes to sustain the continuation of our class programming.
