About the Event
Join ELM Foundation and Battery Dance for 8 weeks of movement!
Dancing to Connect is an award-winning arts education program developed by Battery Dance in 2007.
It has been implemented in over 60 countries worldwide.
The program involves leading students through dance exercises and activities that encourage them to generate movement based on their own ideas, stories, and creativity.
No prior dance training is necessary, only an interest in dance and a willingness to move your body.Â
This work is then structured into a cohesive piece of choreography that they will perform at the end of the workshop for a special show lead by Battery Dance at The Boiler - ELM Foundation on June 8th, as well as another performance for the ELM Foundation Class Showcase on June 15th.Â
