Born and raised in New York City, Emma Fujiko Hammond-Thomas received her BFA from Bard College in 2011. She received her MFA in printmaking from Columbia University in 2018. Emma currently documents relationships of a diverse group of individuals, preserving their gestures as a memory or portrait.
