Donation Disclosure
Elm Foundation is a charitable organization as described in §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; registered in the state of New York. You may obtain financial information directly from the state agency: NEW YORK – Office of the Attorney General, Department of Law, Charities Bureau, 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271. In accordance with the Internal Revenue Service guidelines, Elm Foundation maintains discretion and sole control over the use of all donated funds once a tax-deductible receipt is issued. All donations are non-refundable. In practice, Elm Foundation honors the donor’s request for any of our pre-approved programs and projects whenever possible. In rare cases when that is not possible, gifts will be used where needed. Therefore, donors explicitly release Elm Foundation from any restrictions on how those funds are spent. No goods or services were provided in return for any contribution. Contributions are tax-deductible to the limit allowed by law if the donor itemizes.
Donors who donate more than $249.99 in any given year, will be sent a statement for all their donations by the end of the year. If you have any questions regarding your donation(s) or Elm Foundation or you need a receipt or a statement of any of your contributions, please feel free to contact us info@elmfoundation.art.
Financial statements and other information about Elm Foundation’s purpose, programs, and activities can be obtained by contacting Elm Foundation at info@elmfoundation.art or by phone at 646-397-0356. Elm Foundation is a paperless organization. Therefore, all statements will be provided electronically, and no statement will be provided in a physical paper format.
